As we have wrapped up Thanksgiving, I hope you all had a wonderful break and were able to enjoy some much needed downtime with your families. I also hope this also leads to you taking some time to reflect on what you are thankful for.
Today's response it two parts. First, I want you to write a paragraph or two about what you are thankful and grateful for. Next, I want you to pick a character from your book and talk about a situation in which they showed gratitude. If this did not occur in your book, I want you to think hard about one of the characters and describe what you feel they should be thankful or grateful for. Telling me that you cannot think of anything is not an acceptable answer, so you may have to dig deep. I will write my own response for you later this morning, so stay tuned.

My idea of family is in several facts and most of the facts are because I am so grateful to be blessed by all of my family. I am thankful for many many things. The most important thing I am thankful for is God letting me wake up everyday and living life. I am very thankful for the loving family that I have. The character in my book has two things to be thankful for. One is that Henri has not been caught by the cops. The second one is than Ben is writing the biography for him. Ben has been dealing with the harassment that Henri has been giving him.
